 Anyone eligible to use base facilities is authorized to use Equipment Rental.
Reservations are encouraged for camping trailers, fishing boats, winter ski packages, super cookers, and rollaway beds. A deposit is required to reserve the items listed, and will only be refunded in an emergency, or if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.*
Any resultant damage, other than fair wear and tear, is the responsibility of the user.
Fair market value will be charged for damaged items. Please clean items before returning to avoid a cleaning fee. Check items before signing hand receipt. All items returned late, unless otherwise noted, will be assessed a $1 per item, per day, late charge, in addition to normal daily rental fees. Late charges begin the day after the due date indicated on the hand receipt.
TOWING? Check with us for the proper hookups. You must provide the electrical hookup for your vehicle and a proper towing ball for super cookers, camping trailers, or boats. We also do electrical hook ups by appointment.
*Active-duty personnel may reserve items up to 30 days in advance, all others 15 days in advance.
* Weekend Rates, pick-up anytime Friday and return no later than close of business Monday. If Monday is a holiday turn in by close of business Tuesday.
