The lodging complex consists of 1498 transient bed spaces and a 60-unit temporary lodging facility that serves incoming families.
PCS
Persons in Permanent Change of Station status are authorized 30 days in temporary lodging facilities. Due to limited availability at Nellis, Permanent Change of Station out-bound persons are limited to seven days in temporary lodging. Extension requests are available at the front desk. Extensions are granted based on availability.
24-hour, seven-day-a-week reception center
Check-In time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Guests must provide a valid credit card upon check-in to guarantee their room. Payment by credit card, cash or check must be made every 15 days during your stay.

Space Available Policy
Space "A" personnel can make a reservation 24 hours in advance based upon space availability. Reservations can be guaranteed for a 72-hour (three-day) stay depending upon availability of rooms. Payment is to be made in advance or with credit card.
Non-Availability Policy
Non-Availability numbers are only given to authorized travelers when lodging is full and all our contract quarters hotels are full. A Non-Availability number allows the TDY traveler to find a hotel of his or her choice on the economy, but the traveler must stay within the per diem rates allowed for this area. Travelers will refer to this number when filing their travel vouchers in order to get reimbursed.
Permissive TDY
Persons in Permissive TDY status are authorized 10 days. Please present a copy of orders or leave form at check-in.
Pets are only in the pet friendly TLF's. You will be asked to board your pet at one of the local kennels if pet-friendly TLF's are not available.
A list of kennels is available at the lodging front desk. Guests having pets in non pet units will be assessed a damage/cleaning fee and will be asked to vacate quarters. Non-Availability will not be issued under this circumstance and hotel costs will be at the guest's expense
Smoking Policy
No smoking is permitted in any lodging room. Non-Availability will not be issued to accommodate smokers and hotel costs will be at the guest's expense. Guests found in violation of this policy will be assessed a cleaning fee and asked to vacate the quarters immediately. |
